Too much compression, take the sparkplugs out. Something is broken and jambed. The engine ran out of oil and the bearings are siezed. If new bearings were installed, they may have been too thick and are clamped to the crank. You need a longer rachet or someone with more strength.

1st ? is , is it the correct starter for that vehicle?2nd is the battery up to par for starting ?
you only tighten it hand tight. but make sure you turn till it wont turn no more, just hand tight.
There are many possible reasons. Anything from piston/valve interferance to a bad starter or battery or maybe a bad ground wire. Can you turn the crankshaft by using the crank pully bolt and a ratchet? Do the dash lights come on? There are several things to check to solve this problem.....
Your hand might be broke or bent. Check with a gunsmith.
Maybe you do not have a Dualshock 3 with the Playstation emblem that you press to turn on the PS3 and controller
Could buy your new plugs to make sure your size is correct. Then you might have to go and get a deep socket of that size and the extension will just fit(but not click)into the top of the socket if you hold it right.Or grind down the fat socket!
lift the handbrake boot thing up from around your hand brake lever there is a 10mm nut tighten it up not too much other wise ur back wheels wont turn or will lock up you may need a 10mm long socket not a short-normal 1
you dont have to if you turn it on it wont chrge it wont die turn it off in order for it to charge
