The above solution could apply to any question on this site. 'Master writer' obviously has money to burn. This forum is for people who want to fix things themselves. Now... Let me try to steer you in the right direction, without blindly sending you to the 'shop'.
The 'lock' and 'unlock' circuits are separate and computer controlled. Many Dodge Trucks (98-2001) had trouble with lock/unlock components in the door and wiring harnesses getting wet. In some cases, the doors would unlock and lock, causing people to think thier trucks were possessed. Trace wiring thru the doors and engine compartment, and blow out all connectors/switches with dry compressed air. If that doesn't help, you will have to look at a wiring diagram and start checking voltages, and switch operation.

NOPE, the only way around it is to NOT LOCK the doors with either elctric lock/unlock button--Lock the doors MANUALLY and the alarm wont set

You should be able to get in the Explorer , lock the doors if you wish , and then start the vehicle . That's what I do on my 1995 Explorer XLT

I assume you mean the issue is with all doors wont lock or unlock, not "open" as in a issue with power slider door operation. If no power door lock operation exists from switch and key fob a body computer flash called out in a factory technical service bulletin may fix. I'd start there first if the symptoms match.
