Could be bad wiring, could be bad switches or bad relays in the case of the windows and seats... these things require a bit of troubleshooting, as there are multiple possibilities which could be the cause.

you have to slide the seats back and down toward the floor with the power seat option otherwise the headrest wont clear the roof and so it locks the second stage lock. Also, you need to wait for the headrest to go all the way down when you pull the handle or they won't unlock either. It's actually pretty intuitive and easier to do than explain in writing.

I have the same problem on a 2000 ML320. The power passenger seat stopped moving and the fuse/relay panel has nothing labled as power seats.

lol....trade it in....mercedes, bmw...only good when new. Hi. That surprised me the first time i disconnected the battery in my 1999 c230 k. the answer is: You have to reset the power window/moon roof control circuit. you just have to point the keyfob infrared lens to the small "window" at the front driver door handle and depress and hold the open button. All windows plus moon roof will open at the same time and the system will be reset. If you want to close them again just depress and hold the close button on the keyfob. Good luck.

Check your battery connections. If the terminals are good then check the starter.
