Why won't your heater and ac and defrost work on a 1992 Chevy caprice?

It sounds like the fan is not blowing so it is probably the fan motor that has gone bad, not all that uncommon. Change it out, it is located in the engine compartment, right up against the firewall on the passenger side. They are cheap, easy to install and readily available at any auto parts store. No need to disconnect the battery since it is only "hot" when the key is on. vbd
