YOUR battery might be marginal and starting to go bad, and by jumping somebody else's car, you are probably draining your battery. Put in interstate in there and you would have no problems!!
on my 98, its under the wiper fluid tank
try checking the alternator try charging the battery with a car battery charger or getting a jump from a friend's car to get it to turn over
Jump it, it will either start or it wont
When you jump start, at first there is only a little charge, and that charge has to go to all electronic features in your car, like the lights, radio, dash
clean the battery terminals with baking soda and water. them jump it
Jump start it from another vehicle or charge the battery. If the battery is bad, replace it. If you jump start it and the battery is dead you will have to wait about 15 minutes with the jump car running and connected to the dead battery, in order to build the battery up enough for it to actually take a jump.
A 1996 Buick Regal will jump start using a portable battery pack. Another person can also use jumper cables to help jump start another car.
bad battery

The timing belt may worn out or the adjustment is loose.

Jump starting a Pontiac include jumper cables and another vehicle with a battery. A person will need to put jumper cables on each car battery to jump start it.

Considering that this is in the car starting problems category, I am assuming you mean a Jump Box to start a car. In this case, a jump box is a device with a battery and attached cables that can be used to jump start your car. This is used when a car battery has died. Another alternative is to use jumper cables with another car.
Maybe you need a jump start
The starter on a car requires a lot of electrical current to rotate the engine fast enough for it to start. When the car's battery doesn't have enough electricity to do this a battery from another car or another source of electrical current can be supplied (jumpered) to the car to "jump start" it.
You hook the cables to the jump start posts under the hood on the driver side.
