The transmission is in need of work if the vehicle will not go into drive. It is possible that the transmission fluid level is low, and that is something that can be checked by the owner. If the transmission fluid level is fine, the next step should be a trip to the dealer or a mechanic to have it fixed.

The fuel pump relay for a 1993 xj6 Jaguar is located in the trunk on the right hand rear side, next to the rear light control module. It is a 4 prong black relay.

Yes XJS wheels will fit XJ6; I know for a 1987 Jaguar but not sure about any other years I have run XJS wheels on my 1987 XJ6

My 1996 XJ6 drives beautifully in the snow. I use soft rubber BF Goodrich touring tires and if I get stuck, I can always rock it out.

On a 1993 XJ6 the fuel filter is bolted to the underside of the car on the nearside near the rear wheel-arch.
