You need compression, fuel and spark. You are missing one of those.

be carefull, removing the aftermarket module can make the car not start, as they may have tapped into the ignition circuit.... check all the WIRING going to their alarm module, and see if they have changed any of the original harness... good luck :)

No it is not. They changed the wiring in 2007, it is no longer "plug and play".
The T8 tubes are usually associated to fixtures with electronic ballasts whereas T12 tubes are used in magnetic ballasts. The tubes can not be transposed because the socket wiring is different. If you are converting a magnetic ballast to an electronic ballast the wiring diagram is on the label of the ballast.
