Why wont your 94 Chevy lumina stay running in idle try to give it gas and it stalls it runs for a few then dies Ive replaced the fule filter but it still sputters and dies like a sensor is bad?

i replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump relay. the pump runs for 2-3 seconds when key is turned. after cranking for awile, pump runs for 10-15 seconds after key is turned off. sputters a bit when sprayed w/starting fluid. it is probly your fuel injectors. get them tested.

If the staling problem only showed up shortly after the core was replaced, the odds are the person doing the repair dislodged or damaged something, probably in the ignition system. Check for loose or damaged wires in the engine area(with car not running) visually and by gently pulling on wires at all connection points and terminals to see if they are loose or broken.
