Well, the AC seems to be not able to generate enough heat. So you may want to get that checked but that seems like it would be a waste of money because at least it blows warm air rather than cold.
Needs a recharge
Our 1997 Honda accord has had the same problem two times. Get the coolant recharged at your mechanic. We have had no problems for several years afterward.
Replace the thermostat first. If it is stuck open, engine may not get a chance to warm up.
Have you checked the thermostat gauge on the dashboard. Is it operating at normal levels or staying on the "c" for cold. Look at how the gauge is registering next time you are out and have driven long enough for the motor to warm up.
why does ac blow warm air? why does ac blow warm air?
Have someone show you as you are doing something wrong.

It needs a rebuild.

It appears that it is low on freon. Did you evacuate the system??? Take it to an a/c mechanic. could be the "head unit" or A/c contols in the dash.
It could be the thermostat on the engine. If the engine does not warm up adequately the heater will never blow hot air.
check the freon and cabin air filter
