You've probably got a piece of dirt, gunk, or rust lodged in the main jet in the carburetor. Remove the carburetor, take the float bowl or cover plate off, find the tube/opening that feeds fuel into the airstream and make sure it is clear of dirt, gunk, and foreign objects. A spray can of carburetor cleaner will be very handy, if you use spray carburetor cleaner BE SURE TO WEAR SAFETY GOGGLES . Clean the float bowl, check the fuel filter and replace it if it's full of dirt or gunk, ensure the fuel tank is free of dirt, rust, and gunk. Fill with fresh gas, flush the fuel line; happy mowing!
I'm doing this now. i drilled through the rivets. started with an 1/8th drill bit and a little oil on top of the rivet. the problem is going to be finding replacement screws that will hold the starter cage once you have replaced the cord. some Briggs and stratton engineer needs to be taken to the wood shed.
The sextant.
He brought and replaced it with: http://power-fusion.org That he is me. :)
The website, Edited, is a website for Moving Pictures. It is run by Ted Stratton of Arizona. It appears to be his personal blog. There are numerous picture galleries of some of his trips on the website.
I couldn't find any documentation to verify this, but it appears to be a frequency adjustment or a signal strength adjustment. My remote wouldn't work unless it was right next to the wire antenna. By trial and error, I was able to adjust the screw (1/8 of a turn at a time) until remote worked from a range of about 50 feet.
Thymine
it appears it has been replaced by goodgame bigfarm. other than that, i'm not sure

From what I've seen it appears to be 10 years or 105,000 miles.
It looks like a custom made "antique" that resembles an early motorcycle. It appears to have a Briggs & Stratton motor. I would say an 1900ish blackhawk.
Do not need an answer any more. Mazda dealer replaced the complete seat mechanism for $931. Using a used car seat. It appears that the motors can not be replaced individually.
