2 things to look for. See if you have brake fluid in the master cylinder. It has 2 sides one for the front brakes and one for the back. Look to see if they are full. If one is empty then look to see if you have a tire wet with fluid. If not then the master cylinder is shoot. R2 the cylinder and that should get you back in working order.
