Possible heater core leaking. If the liquid taste sweet it is coolant and the hater core needs replacing. If it is just plain water, then the A/C condensor drain line is probably stopped up. Located near firewall, passenger side, under car.
on bottom of engine toward the passenger side
there is a petcock on the bottom of the radiator, passenger side. it is tricky to get to, but it can be done.
On a 4cyl. it will be located on the left side of the engine near the bottom, i find it easier to get to if you remove the front passenger tire.

Open the drain plug at the bottom of the radiator on the Cavalier if the plug is there. If the radiator is the model that does not have the plug, then the bottom hose needs to be removed to drain the coolant.
