That is condensation and nothing to worry about. Once the exhaust reaches temperature, it will evaporate any moisture in the system.
Water is a normal part of vehicle emissions. When you start your vehicle in the morning the exhaust system is cool, so water will drip out of the tailpipe. Once the engine has run for awhile, it gets hot so the water comes out as steam, which is less noticeable.

Normally, The engine will not start.
Could be that your head gasket is beginning to go. Does it smell strongest when you first start the car, then go away? Look for excess steam coming out the tailpipe when you first start it.
