Why would a car leak transmission fluid near the front seal when climbing hills and traveling at high speeds?

No. This is because the shaft that is turning is rotating is grooved so that the oil goes in for lubricatrion but screwed back into the gearbox.

could be the transmission is low on fluid... could be the transmission is low on fluid...
