Why would a engine run cooler than normal even after several different thermostats have been tried?

The computer to the car needs to be adjusted, the manufacturer has it set. just like the delay for the gas when steeping on the gas instead of the car moving instantly it slowly takes of, because of the computer adjustment. the car has a temp sensor which balances the cooling. The computer is in conjunction with the sensor.
