∙ 13y agoThe red is very likely blood. Blood in urine usually means an urinary tract infection, or some other bladder problem. These problems are usually caused by the cat not getting enough water, or the cat is stressed.
UTI's are painful and need medical attention as soon as possible, so take the cat to the vet, and take measures to ensure your cat is getting plenty of water (giving more wet food and cutting out dry food, adding water to wet food, and perhaps purchasing a pet water fountain).

∙ 11y agoSomething is wrong with the kidneys or urinary tract, it means you have been feeding too much grain filled dried food. A cat needa a mainly grain free, wet food diet. Dried food should be considered a snack.
Take it to a vet now, this is very urgent!
