Why would a kia sportage be stuck in park and the radio not work?

if it is an automatic ,the trip release is stuck on the shifter handle, there is an emergency manual release trip to get it out of park.Read owners manual,it will tell you how to do it. As for the radio,could be a blown fuse to have to put in anti-theft security code. But park problem will have nothing to do with radio.By the way radio"s in the new vehicles will shut off if you attempt to take it out of dash in an improper way triggering the anti-theft .
