Mabe the girl knows the brother and trusts him, or mabe she just needs somebody to talk to about her crush and wants to know what to do in this situation.
It probobly means that her parents know about her crush and don't want to embarress her.
If your crush moved to a town try and get her/his email address and make friends with her/him when you have a holiday try and asking your parents if you can spend your holiday where your crush lives.
Because she's going to a sleepover-not a big thing. And why would she say goodbye to her crush or brother-would they have really cared?
We don't know why the specific people that caused you to ask your question are behaving the specific way they are. Perhaps you should ask them.
because she really loves you.....
Do you mean the brother said 'Your crush wishes you a Merry Christmas'? In which case 'Thankyou' seems highly appropriate. If you mean that the question is from you, the girl's crush, and the brother said 'Merry Christmas' and the girl and parents said 'thank you', then maybe it's a bit odd they didn't say Merry Christmas back, but perhaps they are slightly more formal than I am. Still not weird.
they can but it is up to them!!!
It's not like you ever dated the crush so it is perfectly fine to like the brother. I'm going through something familiar and I think my ex crush's brother is always checking me out... so just start talking to the brother ;-)
maybe because the crush wants to make a good inpression on the parents
welllllll that is sort of like using your brother to get a guy and that is not right but you can try.
She may be unsure about how you may react or she might be embaressed
