If she likes you then she might only be ok with liking you at this point. She might be too shy to want it to go any further than just a crush on a distant person. It's nice sometimes just to like sometime without feeling pressured to do anything. Now that she knows the person likes her back, she might be scared that she'll be expected to do something she's not ready for. she doesn't know if the person will make a move or not and will be on tenderhooks waiting for it. if she's really shy then she might not even believe the guy really likes her and might be wondering if it's a joke. the guy should try to talk to her more in group situations until she feels ok talking to him n her own. if you try to talk to her on her own too soon then she will be really nervous and uncomfortable. She's shy, she will be worth getting to know if you give her time. you already know she likes you, just take your time!
