Check your water pump or hoses for leaks.
check your radiator and bleed it. You could be having a over heating problem.

I don't know if this will help or not but my 2000 Tahoe was shutting off while driving, sometimes starting right back up and sometimes it took some cranking. It turned out to be the crank position sensor.
