You can't really 'give' an opinion to someone. But if everyone in a community or country were to have - or rather, express - the same opinion, it would usually mean that several people are under great (peer) pressure to keep their dissenting opinions to themselves. North Korea is a case in point. The exchange of different opinions and an openness of mind towards dissenting opinions and convictions is the stuff of which progress in science and culture is made.
It would be wrong to try to give every citizen the same opinion because it goes against the principles of individual freedom and autonomy. Diversity of opinions is essential for a healthy democracy, as it encourages critical thinking, debate, and the possibility of a more well-rounded understanding of issues. Imposing a single opinion on everyone would suppress individuality and stifle dissenting voices, leading to a less democratic society.
Life imprisonment at least. But, there is an even greater wrong to every citizen in your country if you assassinate the leader of the country.
It's dependent on how you use the word "wrong". If we're speaking strictly on moral grounds, it would be an opinion. If wrong refers to "against the rules", then you would have to look at the rule book. If the rule book indicated such a thing, it would be a fact.

This is not really a mater of fact and fiction or right or wrong but opinion
Technically it is an opinion but legally it is wrong.
YES Callum Campbell's opinion is totally wrong
That would be a matter of opinion. There is no right or wrong answer.
That is a question of opinion so there is no right or wrong answer. :)
well it is really an opinion so i would say to make sure your child is doing the best they can teach them right from wrong and love them every step of the way of their life
I would say yes, due to our desensitization. More things have become the "norm" that would not have been years ago. In my opinion this has led to generation after generation changing what is moral and what is not, right or wrong this happens with every generation.
one. why would you ask two. in my opinion yes
It's an opinion. Not everybody thinks that it is wrong.
