1) It could be a loose, broken, or corroded wire(s).

2) It could be an Aftermarket Remote start or Auto alarm.
The door lock relay is the culprit. where it is I have not a clue so far.

its 4th gear in an automatic. its used to cut down on gas usage while driving on the highway or just every day driving. it should automatically engage when in D4 on the shift column.
I don't think you can, unless you disable the whole electronic locking/unlocking system. It's a safety feature on many cars; once they hit about 15mph, the doors lock. (Just curious; why is this a problem for you? Makes it harder to push someone out at 50mph?)
