Answering "I have 94 E320 I think the air mass sensor is not working I got the code with the blinking light and it blinked 7 times Please let me know if it is the code for air mass sensor Thank you?"
This error code has to do with Mass Airflow Sensor. A broken wire, bad connection or dirty sensor.
mass air flow sensor or manifold pressure sensor. your car will have either or.
If it is the same code it may be a dirty Mass Air Flow sensor. Try cleaning the Mass Air Flow sensor with brake cleaner or electrical cleaner. Check all vacuum hoses and positive crankcase ventilation hoses for cracks or leaks.
The check engine light would illuminate and the code(s) set would lead you to which O2 sensor is at fault or why the sensor set the code.
replace mass air sensor
i have the same code i search on the internet and i found that is the MAF sensor (mass air flow sensor) clean it or replace it it cost about 100
Trouble code P0100 means: Mass or Volume Air Flow Circuit Might need to replace the MAF Sensor A Neon does not have a MAF sensor, the code number might be wrong.
Trouble code P0102 means: MAF Sensor Circuit Low Input Replace the Mass Air Flow Sensor
i believe its the maf sensor mass airflow sensor although a loose, broken, dirty or non standard airbox can cause this
the P0102 code relates to the Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor. The mass airflow sensor measures the speed and density of the air entering the intake manifold. The engine computer converts this input to a Mass of air per unit time to correctly fuel the engine. the code P0102 will set if the MAF sensor signal voltage is less then 0.20volts. Code P0507 is most likely a result of the faulty Mass air flow sensor. Code P0507 will set if the actual idle speed is greater then 200RPM from what the engine computer has commanded. Possible causes for this code: Vacuum leak air induction tubing cracked or damaged Engine Coolant Tempature sensor damaged. Being that 2 of the 3 possible causes are air flow related, I would start by replacing the MAF sensor, resetting the computer, and test run the vehicle for a few days to see if the code has returned.
Replace part, clear code and you are done!
