Why would the drivers side on a 1994 Honda Accord LX begin shaking at highway speeds after recently replacing the axel CV boot steering rack ball joints etc?

I hope the wheel is not loose! If OK then maybe tires were rotated and you have a bad tire/wheel on the front. try a wheel balance.( if it was done previously, perhaps the weights fell off) also , after working on any part of your front suspension, wheel alignment is always recomended.
