There are several reasons you could check... First, check the switches on both doors, could just be a bad switch on the "driver's side". If it doesn't work on either side, check to insure you attached the wires correctly. If found you attached them incorrectly, you may have also blown a fuse...check that too. Finally, you may have received a bad replacement motor. All this is considering that you once had a working passenger window. If it never worked, you also have about 50 or so feet of wiring to check for cracks, cuts or abrasions.
