The interior lights will stay on for about 30 seconds after the door is closed to allow those inside to see what they're doing. If the lights stay on after that, you may have a damaged door switch on one of the doors. You may also have the lights turned on manually, which is accomplished by rotating the headlight knob past the first stop. (Rotating the headlight knob dims or brightens the dash lighting. At maximum dash brightness there is a small "stop" in the knob rotation; rotating past this point will retain maximum dash brightness

Interior lights often stay on after the door is closed because of a faulty relay. There could also be a broken wire or a short circuit.
Do tail and parking lights work? May be same circuit -- if they do maybe rheostat in variable dimmer switch -- if they don't may be fuse
I believe if you turn your gauge panel dimmer switch all the way it turns on the interior lights when all the doors are closed
the fuse is blown. they are on the same fuse
you've either lost both taillight bulbs, or, more likely, you've blown the taillight fuse.
