It has started to happen to me. I use full synth. and my dipstick reads full. I changed it three weeks ago. I have a 2002 Jeep Liberty limited with 180,000 miles. It happens after I have driven for about 10 minutes and pull up to a light. "Bing" and there is the oil symbol. It goes off after I start driving. It is not consistant and will miss a day from time to time. They said that I need to spend $100.00 to check my oil sensor and another $50.00 for the part. Let me know what you find out. mikeemills@Yahoo.com Mike

Take it to the dealer and get it reset.
The dome light fuse on a 2003 Jeep Liberty can be changed by first locating the fuse panel near the hood release. The dome light fuse can then be pulled from its socket and a new fuse put in place.
Try disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes or have vehicle scanned to determine problem and have codes cleared
Service required is the oil change reminder. Service engine soon would be the check engine light.
