Why would the right front bearing need to be replaced three times in three months on a 1995 Chevy half 4x4 pickup?

sounds to me rhe alignment is taking out bearings, could be the hub casting is defective or as little as a really bad ball joint

Are you using factory rims or aftermarket with extreme offset? Could be something weird like a broken engine ground strap. That caused wheel bearing trouble on some old Plymouth Horizons as the current path would travel through the wheel bearing causing the balls or rollers to arc electrically and fail. Some folks were constantly changing the same wheel bearing until the faulty ground strap was repaired. Who would've guessed?
