The idle is set too high, the accelerator linkage is sticking, or your foot is on the accelerator. Most likely one of the first two.
Idle speed too high.
I would check and see if you have a transmission or PCM problem.
would an automatic transmission car jerk when shifting after having had a transmission flush
yes it will especially when the torque converter is going into lockup
because your transmission is going bad if it is stick let off the clutch slower but if it is automatic then your trans. is going.
Possibley, the Clutch sensor, or the transmission is going.
could be failing transmission
In this sense, a "jerk" most commonly refers to a transmission problem.
Mine did that about a year ago it was low on transmission fluid so I would try going to your local repair shop and having them check it out. It may also be your shifter solenoid, which goes out on these transmission frequently.
What do you mean by jerk?.......... Surge? hesitate? transmission slip? Misfire? I need a better explanation.
your timings off youll probly need to take it in and get it looked at
No it would make the motor run ruf.
