It could be the battery. Or check the wires going from the battery to the fuse box.

I believe a 2005 Cavalier's fuse box is were mine is on my 2002 Cavalier. Its on the driverside. Open the driverside door. Looking in throught the driver door on the lower left you'll see a part of your dash on the lower left with "fuse box" on it. Pop open the dash panel and replace whatever fuse you need. -Chris
