i had same problem. was an electrical short caused by an aftermarket trailer light cable. once removed it worked fine.

My 2004 Sienna LE has 65,000 miles and the door latch has broken. The latch broke in half and the part connected to the door broke and fell inside the door - breaking my window clips. Now, I have to replace the window - or not be able to roll down the window. I have not had any problems with the lock breaking.

Below this is the blower fan and motor Update: On the 2000 Sienna, it is not in the same place as the 2004. Toyota changed the assembly in 2003. It is much more difficult to get at the blower motor prior to 2003. You have take the entire dashboard apart.
