There is a big bolt right in the middle of the passenger side middle row. There is a flap on the carpet floor. open it and you will be able to see it. This is also where you will find the release in the 2005 Toyota Sienna.
The gears in your transmission may be sticking or worn out. This would cause your transmission to not be able to shift.
Check the stop lights - shift interlock is usually the same circuit - check fuse Move the ignition switch to 1st position (unlock) with engine off - then shift to neutral to start vehicle and then you will be able to shift to "D or R"
Best I can tell you is that it is electronic. Check at your local Ford parts dept. They should be able to help you.
My 2004 Sienna LE has 65,000 miles and the door latch has broken. The latch broke in half and the part connected to the door broke and fell inside the door - breaking my window clips. Now, I have to replace the window - or not be able to roll down the window. I have not had any problems with the lock breaking.
Bad clutch pak
If it in the same place as the 2004; it is behind the glove box; you should be able to remove the entire glove box and should the cover for the cabin air filter behind it. Below this is the blower fan and motor Update: On the 2000 Sienna, it is not in the same place as the 2004. Toyota changed the assembly in 2003. It is much more difficult to get at the blower motor prior to 2003. You have take the entire dashboard apart.
yes he/she can make you work any shift needed unless its in writing and even if its a union shop you would still have to until off probation etc... and able to join but still it would go based on senority
