You should be able get the 24's on that car with a 5" lift since b-body cars like the caprice have a large wheel well. But if you are looking for a decent turn radius or would like to go with 26's you could always go with 7" complete kit. That 7" kit comes with everything you need to correct your alignment after putting on big rims. If you still want to go with the 5" kit you should at least get extended shocks with it so you can keep your ride quality as smooth as possible but a 5" kit for 26's would involve some trimming.
