No, without aftermarket rims with at least 4.25 inches of backspacing (more backspacing = lower number = further out on vehicle) or at least 1.00" wheel spacers with the stock rims, you cannot fit them because they will rub on the upper spring perches and most likely the lower control arms. Im addition, although it is possible, it is recommended to use at least a 7-8" rims width for tires larger than 10.5".
Tires for a Jeep Wrangler can be purchased at a tire store, such as Tires, Tires, Tires. This chain of tire stores will not only sell tires, but does repairs on them as well.
Not with out adapters. They have different bolt patterns.
As big as you can find.
Putting a lift in a 2013 Jeep Wrangler and using 33 inch tires depends on what size tires you are using now. You can get 33 inch tires to fit any size rim. If the Jeep is already lifted you may not need anything else but tires. A 2003 Jeep Wrangler, Rubicon Edition, has a 2 inch suspension and uses 33 inch tires.
Tire pressure does not depend on what vehicle you have but what tires you have. What size and type of tires do have on your Jeep
What year Jeep for one. Does it have a lift kit? My 3" lifted Jeep Wrangler fits 33s easy with no scrub.
