'84-'06 Wrangler rims have the same bolt pattern.
No.
You will have no problem with that switch over.

no no
No because the Jeep Wranglers bolt pattern is 5" and your Cherokee is 4.5". However if you find YJ or TJ rims they will fit on a cherokee. First, YJ's and TJ's are Wranglers. YJ Wranglers were made from 1987-1995 and TJ Wranglers were made from 1997-2006. The rims from these will fit a Cherokee as the bolt patterns are the same. However the rims from a 2007 and newer JK Wranglers will not fit.
yes it will

20" rims or 22" rims will easily fit your car just depends on what you like better.
Not without an adaptor.
No. The bolt pattern is different.
not if you have the stock rims
NONE 2003-2006 Rubicon Rims were only 16" diameter which means cheaper tires than 17" and taller sidewalls which is better for offroad. Newer and larger JK (2007+) Rubicon rims are a different bolt pattern and will require wheel adapters to fit.
