it is in front of the driver side under plastic scuttle panel where wiper arm bolted.. lift off cover and remove plastic insert, wiper motor is in front of you now..
# Raise the rear wiper arm finish cap to expose the wiper arm nut. # Remove the rear wiper arm nut (1). # Lift the rear wiper arm assembly (2) away from the rear window and remove the wiper arm from the pivot shaft. The cap tilts up toward the arm
Remove the wiper arm retaining clip. The retaining clip will be just below the wiper arm connection. Hold the retaining clip in and the wiper arm will come off.
The wiper arm is attached to the pivot which is part of the wiper transmission, which in turn is attached to the wiper motor.
look at the half circle clip on the side of wiper arm. lift the wiper arm and pull the clip out as far as it goes the wiper arm should rest on the clip and now be "locked" up in the air . now you should be able to remove the wiper arm
The rear window wiper arm will have a retaining clip at the bottom of the wiper arm. Hold the retaining clip in with two fingers and pull outward on the rear wiper arm.
1. Bad Wiper Blade(s). 2. Improperly connected to wiper arm. See related link for troubleshooting. 3. Wiper Blade is binding on wiper arm for some other reason other than improperly installed. 4. Improper Wiper Arm Tension - clean and lubercate wiper arm hinge area at base of arm near hood. Replace spring if cleaning and lubercating doesn't work. 5. Bent wiper arm. BE CAREFUL HERE - THIS IS A LAST RESORT. Try bending arm back or replace arm.
