yes it will and you won't even have to shorten or lengthen the driveshaft, everything is a bolt right in deal.

i recently did the same on my 81 monte. her names carla! if you can track down a 78 thru 88 monte the 700r4 trans is to long but the 200r4 overdrive tranny is the same length and yoke as your th350. all monte g bodies were over drive but thr 200r4 and th350 are the same length! good luck and keep that monte on the road!!! see you at the light!
