A good way to check a parts interchangeability between different models or dates of manufacture is to look up the part number for both years in question and see if the part numbers are the same. You can get part numbers from websites that sell genuine Honda parts. Try the Midwest Action Cycle site. I like their site because you don't need to register to look at parts diagrams or prices. If you don't want to do that, then call any Honda dealer and ask the parts department. They will have your answer in 45 seconds.
