I've never seen a 16x10.5" rim with a 5 on 4.5" Jeep bolt pattern. You can easily get 16x8 and 16x10. The American Racing Torq-Thrust M come in a 10.5 wide but 17" diameter. Most 31" tires are 31x10.5-16. A 10.5 inch wide tire will not fit on a 10" wide rim, they will fit a 7"-9" rim. I had American Racing Outlaw II wheels in 15x8" with BF Goodrich 31x10.5-R15 sized All Terrains on my Wrangler before I lifted it. That's about as big as you can get on a stock Jeep. Great wheel and tire combo for a stock Jeep. You can get both in a 16" wheel diameter as well. I went with 17" rims when I lifted it.

Jack the car up at that corner, grap the wheel at 3 and 9 o'clock and move it back and forth. This sounds like a tie rod problem. Spin the wheel and check for a bulge in the tire such as a shifted belt. maybe the tire is warped. it will cause the tire and steering wheel to shake. I'd get the wheel balanced ... have a quick look and see if any of the little metal things that are used in balancing are obviously missing/have fallen off etc. You should see a mark on the wheel rim where the little lead weight used to be. Not likely tire balance, that is typical of higher speed vibration. Grab the tire 12 and 6 o'clock check to see if you have play ! this is easier of coarse when the tire is in the air , it could be that your lock nut has back off on the spidle of the half shat , or your bearings in the hub are going out ! be carefull driving this neon !!! Good Luck ! I forgot one thing also check you tie rods to your rack and pinion ! Again Good Luck !
Why does your steering wheel shake when you drive a car?
Roll the drivers window down. Stand outside your vehicle and turn the steering wheel while looking at your tires. Does the steering wheel travel more than an inch before the tires move? Look for looseness in the steering column. If that isn't the problem, jack up the front end of the car. Grab the tire at the 12 and 6 o'clock position and try to wiggle it. If it did, check your ball joints for replacement. Grab the tire at 9 and 3 o'clock and wiggle. If it moved, check your tie rods for play and replace them if neccesary. Lastly, grab the wheel at 9 and 3 o'clock. Move your left hand to the 12 o'clock and let go of the tire. Did it move on its own? Have the tires balanced.

i Have wheel and tire off caliper is visible. Caliper is at 9 OCLOCK TO 11 OCLOCK. Only nut visible on back side of 9 OCLOCK position. How do I remove pads? Phil K
