i just changed mine on a 96 ram w/ 360. in order to get the fan off you can leave the water pump on and leave the belt tightened and bust it loose that way or if you already took it off like i did, put the water pump in a vice and use a chisel and hammer and the nut will bust loose. hope this helps

Well if you don't care about messing up the passanger side key thing just but a flat head screw driver in the key hole smack it really hard and then turn hard to lock it and when it turns to lock then turn it to unlock just like you do when you use the key. it won't break it all the way it just will be weird when you try to use your key. i know this cause my brother locked my key's in the trunk and i have a97 Nissan altima.

I have a '98 4.0 liter, and recently had to have the head gasket pulled and resurfaced. $1,800. My check engine light kept coming on, and the error was a misfire in cylinder 1. The mechanic did some tests and told me what I needed to have done. The machine shop who did the head gasket work said there were 3 exhaust ports that were bad. My only concern now is with a new top half, the bottom half has 170,000 miles on it. I am concerned that the bottom half might not be able to handle the pressure.
