no. 68 was still swing axle rear end. 69 has IRS. the only way you could use it if you took the side plates off both cars and took the differentials out and swapped diffs and side plates, but its more work than its worth, just get a used swing axle from a junk yard. I think any swing axle tranny will work from 61 or 62 up to 68. you just have to use your axles from th 68 tranny. up to 66 were short axles and short splines, 67 long axles short splines, 68 long axles long splines.
No it will not fit correctly with the grill.
No. Not only are they different, but, the 69 camaro is a little bit wider than the 67-68. Most people do not know that, but, they are. The rear spoiler is a give away. 67-68, have their own, but the 69 is wider.........Chuck.
69
Yes should fit but would be wrong as the 68 had square holes in the dash for gauges and the 69 had round also radio would be a little different. Also possibility that the vents would not line up correctly
-68
68
69 is the number after 68 and the number before 70
1 minus 69 is 68.
I have a 1969 Oldsmobile Cutlass supreme. My car has a 1968 front bumper, hood, and grill. Its mirror of your question but If a 68 can go on a 69 I wouldn't see why a 69 couldn't go on a 68.
Yes, they fit, but you will have to use the respective year grilles as the head light positions are different, with the 69 headlights higher and further towards the grille center than the 67/68 fenders.
No it won't fit. The 69 tanks has a metal hose built into the tank. Exits behind the license plate. 67 and 68 exit above the bumper on rear panel of the car. 69 Camaro and Firebird are all by themselves. One year only. I need one too!!! (69).
there is one on you tube look for it its a orange one try 67 68 69 they fit perfect
