Yes it will fit, but the collet will have to tightened down quite hard to grip it.
6mm is a quarter inch.
I use 6mm for 6mm, but if you don't have a metric set, 1/4 inch is only very slightly bigger.
6mm is a length and grams are weight so you can't convert
drill it out 6mm drill to 13mm drill but do not go deeper than 13 mm.
