Yes, as long as they are both 4T65E transmissions they will easily replace each other, everything is the same.

no it will not. also the differential is hardened in the gtp supercharged engines but it will not even bolt up. if it were a gt and a gtp then it would fit, but you would need to change the differential to the gtp hd diff
