Check your ball joints and your spring hangers
You will probably have to replace the upper and lower ball joints. Dodge does not put grease fittings on these from the factory, because of this they wear quickly and the squeaking you here is the metal to metal in the ball joint when there is motion in the front end of the truck.
If your truck is 4WD it could be in the Constant Velocity (CV) Joint. If not it could be the wear indicator in the front brake caliper. Best to take it to a mechanic, as it could turn into a major problem if left too long
im not sure but it is possible anything that has to move that is to tight can make a noise an improperly installed ball joint in that truck could squeak and wear out prematurely.
It could be a drive shaft universal joint. The needle bearings inside can squeak when they're not greased. Have a friend walk next to your truck as you back-up slowly to better identify which joint it might be. Look for a fitting on the u-joint and give it a pump or two with a grease gun. If no fitting is supplied you'll have to remove the u-joint and manually repack the bearings. If you find any broken or rusted needle bearings replace the u-joint, preferably with one that has a grease fitting!
Possible ball joint failure, jack up one side of truck with wheel off the ground a few inches, and try to wobble tire up and down.
When you push on the side of a toy truck that is rolling along the floor, the motion of the truck will slow. This is due to friction caused by the sideways motion.
You need new socks most likely
Depends on which part of the truck the noise is coming from. Could be an u-joint, a wheel bearing, a failed transfer case......
Well! there are many ways but mainly two ways i do it, you can even try driving up a hill if it's a smooth ride you have great suspension if you hear ANY squeaking Noise You could possibly consider WD-40
Could be a bad tire, loose lug nuts, wheel bearing going bad and if the truck is a 4 wheel drive it could be the front axle CV joint going bad.
