A constipated kitten will not want to play. Instead, it will most likely be lethargic, will refuse to eat and some even stop grooming. Some kittens will constantly lick their anal area in an attempt to relieve the soreness.
Constipation, if left untreated for more than 48 hours, can become severely detrimental to a cat's health to the point of being fatal. If there has been a change in your kitten's toiletry habits, it is recommended to see a vet right away.

Cats love objects that seem to move on their own, like if you wriggle a piece of string. They still will be interested in this when their older but not as much. On average I would say about 5-7 for most kittens.
