I'm not a mechanic / technician but the 1993 Ford Explorer had the 4.0 L - OHV - V6
engine which was available until the 2000 model year , so I would say NO
On the front and rear of what?? The Air Intake Manifold is on the TOP of the engine. the Exhaust Manifold are on the sides of an engine. On a front wheel drive vehicle, the engine is turned 90 degrees, so the exhaust manifold appears to be on the front and back of the engine, below the valve covers.
In the exhaust manifold on the back of the engine. In the exhaust manifold on the back of the engine.
I assume it would be the same as my 4.0 L in my 1995 Ford Explorer The fuel rail is a " flat " section between the lower intake manifold and the upper intake manifold
You will need to remove the exhaust manifold retaining bolts in your 1993 Chevy Astro. Remove the exhaust manifold. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket and clean the surface. Reverse the process to install the new exhaust manifold gasket.
Remove the intake manifold retaining bolts from your 1993 Mercedes-Benz manifold. Remove the old manifold gasket. Clean the surface and put the new gasket on.
The EGR valve on mine is behing the intake manifold. Comes off the back exhaust manifold. Right behind the inake inlet.
The intake manifold, exhaust manifold, and head must be removed. This is a major repair that should only be done by someone with the knowledge and skill to perform it correctly.
depends on the mechanic, should only take like an hour at most.
Under the intake manifold, right in the middle of the valley, on the block. The intake manifold has to be removed.
That depends on the engine, but they should all be either on the exhaust manifold collector or down the exhaust pipe a bit right after the exhaust manifold.
its in the intake manifold
On exhaust manifold.
