yes or you can just swap the upper end of the motor (heads, lower intake manifold, supercharger, throttle body, and crank dampner) and turn your gt in to a gtp. look up 3800 top swap or go to zzperformance.com for more info
by swapping the parts out instead of switching engines you car will actually make more hp because of the better compression ratio
