Will the migraines interfere in her pregnancy? They shouldn't, unless she doesn't discuss medications with her doctor before she takes them. The good news may be for her that the pregnancy might actually give her migraines a remission. And some women find that after giving birth they never have migraines again. Now, will she have a normal pregnancy being 12 years old? That is a whole different story. Birth defects due to poor nutrition (you know how kids eat), birth defects due to STDs. Not to mention problems with carrying and delivery. She hit puberty, but it doesn't mean her pelvis was properly widened to carry a child yet.
