A queen-size is 60x80 inches, and a Dodge Caravan, the archetypal minivan, is 62 inches wide and 99 inches long on the inside if you fold down/remove the back seats. YMMV (your minivan may vary) -- I've driven a Ford Windstar and it seemed a bit smaller than the Caravan, but i didn't measure.
