Yes. The tops from 80-96 will interchange. The only difference is that beginning in 92, the rear seat shoulder harness bolted to the top..plus they had the the third brake light included.
I've been told that the tops from 78-79 Broncos had a different radius at the upper front corners and thus won't interchange with those from 80 on...but you should be good with the 95 on the 89.

There is a slight difference between tops from an 80 - 91 and a 91 - 96 Bronco. The alignment pins on an 80 - 91 were in the body, and stuck up into an alignment slot in the top. On the 92 - 96, the alignment pins were in the top, and stuck down into an alignment slot in the body.
If you put an 80 - 91 top on a 92+, there won't be any issues. But if you put a 92-96 top on an 80-91, the alignment pin will get in the way. Nothing serious, but it is still an issue. The alignment pin can be removed.
