Antibiotic drops will only help if the spot is caused by a bacterial infection. Any changes on or in the eye should be evaluated by an eye doctor. Most optometrists can diagnose an eye condition, many have the ability to write a prescription. Certain conditions and most surgeries can only be treated by an ophthalmologist.

well there is no cure yet and you are born with it and you can have surgery depended on the spot it is in it can be in the eyelid and the iris you can have problems on the light changes you can be left blind or you have some vision problems hope I helped you out some!
